Alex did a fantastic job selling our property. I wanted a quick sale and that is what we got. She worked with tenants we had in the house and had it on the market within 5 days of them being out of the house. She held an open house and we had 18 showings and 6 offers within 4 days of the open house. We ended up selling the house for more than we asked for. She helped us select the best offer and we can’t be pleased more.

Strano agents are amazing, they really work for you.

I just wanted to take the time to give Strano the praise they deserve. Strano is trying to make sure that the home is in the same condition at the end of the lease as at the beginning. With that being said yes there are guidelines that the renters and homeowners need to follow, they are there to protect both sides! Strano has made renting easy from taking care of the bills and repairs and we were paid in a timely manner when the tenants paid on time. The department manager has been very helpful in dealing with non-paying and abusive tenants. The tenants were given multiple opportunities to get compliant with their lease and current with their rent and informed of the consequences if they did not. She also has the patience of a saint. We heard her calmness, restraint, and professionalism when being verbally abused by a tenant.
